I am smack dab in the middle of this swap myself. Bob Stahl finished my second chuck and it just arrived. I have yet to swap the front chucks but will soon. While he was at it, I had him install 4.89 gears too.
I went with the ARB because I wanted the best (IMHO). Yes, they are expensive, but so were the 4.89s. I picked up the dual ARB compressor and plan to install it beneath the seat, haven't decided on whether to run a small tank or not? I'll cross that bridge after I get the front diffs swapped.
I was fortunate that when I bought my PW 5 years ago, I knew I would do this at some point and purchased the ARB's when they were available. They sat on the shelf for 4 years before I got around to sending them to Bob for installation.
Sorry, I can't offer any experience or advice regarding the Lock-Right's. However, I think this thread has about covered it, lots of real world experience shared. Good luck on your decision.
Here is a pic of my rear ARB/4.89's before I installed it. Bob did a great job!
