Are you planning to build the plug (positive) or Mold (negative)?
What is it you're planning on building? 6'x8'? Big piece, is it flat? Does it have curvature?
Is the finished part going to be cored or solid?
Polyester, vinylester or epoxy layup?
Hand lam, infused or pre-preg? (Does it need to hold a vacuum)
Why isn't the "fiberglass guy" building the mold?
