wont start

hello I know its not a power wagon but it is a 1950 dodge b2 1 1/2 ton truck.
trying to start and cant get it to start .
was running put new plugs,points,condenser,rotor,cap,wires, and putting a little gas down the carb and wont even think about starting flathead 6 maybe some old heads know something Idont thanks
