so yes as far as i can tell you can move the center on one more than the other and still get tire clearance--putting the one with the greater offset to inside and the lesser as an outer is better that way your not sticing out in yonderland but then you have to surface the drum od smaller
i had a set with both the centers moved out the same and had the ears on the drum surfaced so the inner would clear it
i don t see how a deeper offset from stock culd clear the drum without machining the drum
