my guess it was 2wd. anyway, so much of the front end was recalled, even on trucks not uses in commercial use. tie rod, power steering pump, hydroboost. plastic cushioned ball joints, unit bearings, non selectable hubs and electric instead of lever actuated fwd engagement. all dumb
