There is a zerk fitting 90 degrees off from the shear pin. Some have gotten replaced with a set screw. The point of the zerk is to grease the joint between yoke and shaft, so it doesn't rust together and prevent the shearing of the pin.

It's the one weird zerk that is 3/8" fine thread, not pipe thread, so a set screw or bolt goes right in. Ditch the screw, use the zerk.
