Hadn't seen this before. Removing stuff welded on to the rear crossmember by loggers and farmers, leaving most of the stuff the Power co. put on. Pretty easy to distinguish except for a stub of round stock sticking down that looked like a back biter to me. Paint burned off then yellow smoke - thought galvanized and put a sawzall blade to it. Cut like butter - brass, brazed into a hole between rivets. Safety-ground point, looks like. I'll drill the hole out and braze it back in. No real reason, just want to keep it as close to an original-looking Public utility dept. truck as possible. Also opens up all kinds of verbiage options for the door art. Technically, it's a power power wagon that you can't beat.
