I cleaned mine up then pulled the guts out of them and stuck new guts in. The bulb bases are the same new and old pretty much. I just buy some cheap fix it 12VDC lights and pull the rubber spacer and wire with end out and put it in the old one. You can pull those parts out of sorta used ones also.
