Both of these radiator caps appear on page 94, Cooling - Group 05, in the Dodge military truck Master Parts List SNL G-657 dated 1943.
Early pressurized radiator cap CC #923006 was used on the early WC 3/4-ton radiator core CC #924186, while the late pressurized radiator cap #927692 was used on the later WC 3/4-ton 4x4 radiator core #927353 that had shroud assembly #927350.
The late WC 3/4-ton 4x4 pressurized radiator cap CC #927692 was also used on the WC-62/63 1-1/2 ton 6x6 without the overflow tank, while a new radiator cap CC #928406 was used on 6x6 trucks with the overflow tank. Cap #928406 was also used on the 6x6 overflow tank itself.
The same two pressurized radiator caps, CC # 923006 and 927692, appear in the late war WC 3/4 ton parts list, ORD 9 SNL G-502 dated 1 May 1945.
