It's listed on the build card but no longer with the truck. Trying for originality as best I can as I deal with this piece of history.

But in general, yeah, I agree. Not much need for one. I don't have one on my '51 V8. It just vents to atmosphere and lets me know it's not happy with a pretty stream of steam.
