The WDX style farm friendly Power Wagon was made from 1946-1968 for domestic as well as export sales and the export sales supposedly continued until 1978, but I have never seen one past a 1973.

Starting in 1956 with the HW or depending on how you define it starting with the 1957 W100/W200/W500 trucks the 2wd bodies trucks got 4wd drivetrain and joined the ranks of Power Wagons. Those 2wd based Power Wagons were built until 1980. During 1957 to 1980 the various models were, W100, W200, W300, W400, W500, W600, and W150.

If you're going to look at a 1970 W100 that's a totally legitimate option from the factory.
