I used POR 15 on my crewcab frame, two coats brushed on, and then a couple top coats of two-part black chassis paint for UV protection. If I remember right. It's super tough and I like the dipped look on that truck.
Been playing around with zero rust in rattle cans on small projects. So far it's done great, no lifting and no rust coming through after a year, so I bought a few gallons today to repaint a trailer. I'll start doing frames and floorboards with it if the trailer turns out ok.
