No disrespect to CSCAMERON, but before you opt for Apoquel you should take a few minutes to review the potential side effects which can be devastating in some cases.

Consider oral Benedryl which is an old school antihistamine. 25 milligrams is the usual dose. Check with your vet.

If itching doesn't get better, consider having an allergy test done.you may find that your pup has an allergy other than food (grasses, dust, etc) which will help you determine the best treatment option.

Again, no disrespect to CSCameron. Glad things are working group out for his pup. Just offering cautionary input as long term administration of Apoquel can cause less than desirable health effects.
