if i were going to buy an older rig like this, id go with one john bizal went through. he'll sell you a command car or other dodge that is worth restoring and he'll supply whatever is needed to complete. i don't know the seller but they look like craiglist finds that are polished up a bit and resold. not knocking but that's what I see....
we have rusty trucks here on the east coast. my command car was rusty in the floors. i wouldn't do it again. i'd pay more for a western truck and the associated shipping. AND i'd go see it in person....
