Dave should be good to go for the dual set-up with only one wheel with the deep off set on each side.
My dump truck has 7.50 rims, and only one has the deeper offset (on the outside), the matching wheel on the inside and wheels on the front are standard. With 7.50's installed they have good clearance, and don't rub at ground level when properly inflated....Ray
