we may be dealing with a design flaw in that the wheel flange is too far out on the spindle and the spindle may flex jsut enuff to pop the axle from xtreme torque and or weight that far out
just a thought
the spindle could be a tad undersize for the application
my 57 parts truck had a cracked spindle
