The ones made for the M-601 will fit perfectly with no modification other than the the fact that you will need to remove the two trim pieces on either side that are bolted to the grill. You can easily change back to original if you want to. The later model Power-Wagons with the 251 engines do not have the trim pieces so if this is the vehicle you have, just bolt them on.
