Amazing to here from a student! My sister would have been in flight school then. My Dad taught me in the mid 60s in a 182. Lining up on the runway ramp alongside a DC3 on one side and a 727 on the other was an experience for sure. Doug Natske the head mechanic was a great guy.
He built my go cart that a had a yoke from a Douglas A-26.
