The only issues with matting the 5.9 to the hydraulic bellhousing will be a 360 balanced flywheel and using the 94 and newer Pilot Bearing (part number BCA #FC69907, or Mopar # 53009180AB) assuming your crank isn't machined for a traditional busing.
