Damien, what is worn out? Is the outer hole that is pinched together by the bolt egg shaped allowing the pin to float upward and then the groove in the pin clears the bolt? If so, how badly? Bad enough to be able to wrap the pin with something like thin copper tubing to keep the groove in the pin seated on the bolt? Not ideal. Just a thought. Replacement hanger would be better.
