You are wrong, Bud, there is such an animal. I have a '76 W600 that is mint and have gotten the factory service manual and parts manual. My truck is the medium duty and, being a W600, is a 2 1/2 ton truck. Both my parts books and service manuals for the '74-'77 years list the WM300. This was technically called the WM300 Export since the thing was built for export and not typically sold in the US. But it was definitely made during that time. Check your facts next time.
