'56 Coleman Conv??? How to identify????

I have a '56 SWB 1/2T 4x4, small back window, non-orig 318. I have found no data plate. Colorado title shows VIN as 84277277.The only info I have found is the text/pic in Monty Montgomery's Photo history (pg 40) of Lyle Van Wert's truck and mine looks EXACTLY like it ONLY DIFFERENT! The axles look very puny compared to my other monsters, they are 5 lug, look like the pattern of Ford or Jeep. The conversion appears to be very professional. Any and all help with this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, -Dale
