5 speed trans and bellhousing FS or Trade

I have a Eaton 5 speed out of a '57 D800 OTR tractor, and Bellhousing from a Flathead 6 that mates with the 5 speed. I need a NP420 or 435 transmission or transmission/ bellhousing combination that will bolt to 354 chrysler Hemi motor. The bellhousing I have for the Hemi now fits the Power Wagon, But the transmission is attached to it by about a dozen 9/16 bolts in a large circle, not the standard 4 BIG bolts normally found on the PW's. To use this 5 speed in a PW or M37, you will have to move your transfer case back a bit, as the transmission is much longer than the standard PW fair. I also have the rear driveline and a Watson 2 speed brownie box. Best offer for the Trans parts, I am located in Washington state.
