Yes, there should be a 205 that works as a bolt in. But you will have to shorten your front driveline and lengthen the rear one.
Consider this: a 203/205 "doubler" transfer case.Remove the back portion of the the 203 (the differential and chain case) and get a steel adapter from Offroad Design (www.offroaddesign.com) which has a support tab for a crossmember. Then bolt a (married 6 bolt pattern) NP205 to the adapter. The result will be about the same length as an original 203. You will have 2.01 low range 2WD and 4WD plus 3.94 low-low range 4WD.
The many you may save on driveshafts will go a long ways towards paying for the adapter. And you'll have 110:1 low-low 1st. roughly.
