I have 2 cab lights on my '49. Not sure if they match yours, but they both have glass lenses. One is in REAL good condition with minor pitting, the other has lost all it's chrome and has surface rust, both lenses are in good shape. I'm not planning on using them after I finish the body work on my truck. I can send you the manufacturer, model # and some pictures if you'd like.
