Acording to my book a T-38 is a 1937 MD. Same series as T30 and T40. Specifications are: 218 CI. Bore 3-3/8, Stroke 4-1/16, Comp. 5.80, 155 Torque and 75 HP.

Would fit the WC-51 as long as it is the same block length as the 230 T-214. For originality the T-214 would be preferable. There are plenty around. Don't know about the 25" block length This would be 237,250 265 CI. motors.
