It's a must have! Got one on my FlatFender & really like it! The controll lever stands right out there, even a drunk would see it. They "used" to be installed on tow trucks for added holding power when winching or loading a wreck on a hill (amongst a dozen other types of trucks for a hundred other reasons). My ex-brushtruck has it grattis the FD. Gotta give those firefighters credit... they know what it takes regarding safety & the tools it takes to get the job done! Personally I wouldn't give a nickel for a factory E-Brake set-up on any double axle truck. Go for the Mico for 4-wheel emergency brake staying power. My only regret regarding the Mico is that I don't have one on my Suburban.
