You WIIIIIIIILL need to get rid of that E-brake setup on back of the transmission and use the one of the transfercase. If you stay with the tranies E-Brake, keep in mind that the two speed has a neutral position that you cannot feel between high/low range. I thick you get the picture! That's why the E-brake is on the transfercase. The rear wheels are always connected to that E-Brake through the transfercase. Use that ONE! Also is the splined yoke on your "3" driveline the same as the "4" driveline? If so, switch your splined yokes.
