Thats exactly the way the Danish Power Wagons
(wm-300) mount the cab. The front is bolted down on rubber isolators. The rear of the cab is only mounted on one rubber isolator, dead center, in the rear of the cab. There is a channel iron between the frame rails that mount the other side of the isolator.

Mine is a 1970, wm-300 as discribed above. I am going to use this type of cab mounting when I restore my other PW. The Danes did some other things to make the PW's even stronger and more durable.
