Spline count on 1970 dana 70 axles

Anyone know the inner spline count on a 70 w300 dana 70 frontend.I have had 72-74 dana 70 fronts with the 35splines but I know the older ones had a different amount.What was the year they changed? Thanks in advance. Dave
