The LU2 is the same in Dodge trucks from 1957 to at least 1971 in W100, W200, and W300 (except 1957 W300 which uses a MU2 and the rare optional upgraded later W300s that also used an MU2.). I don't have the drum measurements, but with those you could look at LU2s from other applications as long as they are LU2-L and not LU2-R.
