I'm a slow typer as well so I feel your pain. I normally right the text and then "cut it" by hitting the left button at the end and dragging it to the beginning of the text. Let off and it's all highlighted. then hit the right button on the mouse. Then select cut. I then refresh by hitting the circle icon at the top of the screen next to the arrows. Then go back down to the text box and hit the right button and select paste. This is one of the most useful things I've learned on a computer. LOL You probably already know how to do this but it's the only sure fire way for me not to have to retype what I did before because the Captcha timed out to another code. Hope this helps.
