I think your fenders and running boards are toast. Not sure about the box, I have a 1st series. It appears to have the frame extensions and bumpers for a winch. I paid $4300 for mine in California 3 1/2 years ago. The fenders were excellent and one running board was good. Whatever you think is good enough seems to need replacing by the time you get there. I told my wife "I am just going to get it running" and drive it. It is running with a different engine and has only driven out of the garage and back it about 30ft so far.
