OK so this morning Pop and I drove up to see the boys at Walacks Jeeps in the nice little town of Bowmanstown. There is only a felt seal for the input shaft. And he recommended straight 140 gear oil. I had 80-90 in the trans. I picked up some items that were needed plus a gasket set for the trans. So it looks like my son will pull the trans out to repair. Enjoy. Bill.
