My friend and neighbor has a few '47 Packards. Says he's going to put one of his extra straight eights in a C Allis Chalmers.
My dad just spent $8,000 for parts and machine work to rebuild the Lycoming eight in this '32 Auburn. He did all the assembly. It didn't cost me that much to build my 324, but it gets more expensive all the time.
