Forum Refresh - Please read

I'm making a few changes to the forum because of the continued spamming.

1. The new forum will act like the test forum, where you will have to enter the CAPTCHA code to post your message.

2. The forum will have a new link http://www.dodgepowerwagon.com/pw/index.html

Hopefully this will help.

The new forum is active now. Please let me know if you have any problems.

I will update the links to the forum over the website, and take down #518 tomorrow.
