Your horn button is way cool, most people will never know what is not stock. This whole keep it stock thing is absurd anyways. A bit like not going to the dentist or doctor because you want everything natural and stock.
Just do it, trust your judgement and keep in mind the super rare "Dodge Dirt Works" who built all sorts of test vehicles and parts - I am sure your truck has a few "dirt works" parts on it.
