Primer on sand blasted wheels ?

My blaster guy prefers an epoxy primer with a catalyst but does not have time to do it. Another guy I know likes the "Self etching Primer" in rattle cans--"Duplicolor" I think.

Then there's a master classic restorer who says coat clean, blasted metal with "Ospho" first and any primer is ok. http://www.acehardware.com/product/index.jsp?productId=53177286

So, for just 4 wheels--what works best ?
