good to know there is an option. in my stock engine command car i did 489s and stock ndt tires. if i had to do it again, i would do 10.50 chevrons and stock gearing. my m37 with a 360 had bigger than stock radials, 489s and disc brakes. top end was limited by fear and a 4 speed transmission. needed an OD to get the full benefit of the power. sounded great and ran better....
