Hey Ray,
Thanks for the idea. I will pull it off this next week and take another look. This PTO was not previously mounted to this transmission, so the broken tooth in the PTO did not have a matching tooth/gear in this tranny. But it will be worth checking to make sure there isn't something wrong with a tooth on the tranny gear.
