looks like it is not a WC12 frame, the t137 site decoded this as a WC20+ model which i think may have included the cab and chassis models, i don't have my book handy so i can't say for sure but i can say that it is not a WC12. looks like it was pieced together.... but i guess most of our trucks are :)
