Hmmm, informative sight. So its actually the Dodge that has the assymetrical bolt pattern and the Ford one is square (I had it backwards) Should know that, I've had a bunch of'em.LOL The mainshaft bearing thing is interesting though, every Dodge 4spd I've rebuilt had the ball bearing mainshaft bearings (MRC308). Never seen one with tapered roller bearings supporting the mainshaft. I think the last one was in my 89' Ramcharger.
