Seems like a simple question…but, there are many things to consider. First is condition--most on this forum would tell you nothing takes the place of a personal inspection, alone if you have done one already or with a buddy who has.
The price looks good but assume that you'll easily double that by the time you've done the engine, mechanicals, electrical, and interior. If you can do it all personally, maybe less--over for sure, if you hire it out.
It's been one heck of a learning experience for me!
