I wouldn't use anti seize or ant lubricant on it. Next time, I'd suggest to heat it up on the rubber with a heat gun and twist. If that doesn't work try this. I put a 90 degree bend on a worn out long flat bladed screw driver to get the tough ones. Heat one spot on the shank with a torch and bend it. Makes a nice prehandled tool that way to pull on. Just slide it under in a few spots.
