most mopar engines are internally balanced so not a necessity to have a balaner. Externally balanced engines like the LA360 mopar do have to have a balancer.
small block chevies are mostly internal balance as well except I think the 400 which is external.
Externally balanced engines have balancers at the front and a big weight on the flex plate or a counter balanced flywheel on the rear.
