Serial tag. Sorry for the bad pics. There isn't any lighting in there and I'm one armed. Dodge didn't follow there own rules some times as all the literature I've seen said that lockouts weren't available till 1962. This is a 1961 and they are there. I know Montana Power bought a lot of trucks so this may be why they made them available in the first place if it was their request. makes you wonder.
