Hi Robert, Some years back I bought an M37 whose door windows did not raise and lower easily. With the access panels opened I found that on one window the steel pins that held the window had rusted. I replaced the entire mechanism. Part of the assembly is a long strip with a wheel at the end. The wheel rides in a piece of steel channel which can be reached and can be removed by removing two screws in the door. This channel (on both doors) was spread and bent. I put it back into its proper shape and reinstalled it and reassembled everything. The up-down travel now works just fine. That bent and deformed track for the roller wheel in the window mechanism was the problem. While it is all apart oil and grease all of the moving part surfaces, Peter B.
