A PW is tough to replace nowadays unless you drop a lot of money on one or get real lucky. So it's good to think about it first and make sure it's not just how you are feeling at the moment.
But if you need to simplify your life and you don't need or want the truck anymore, there's nothing wrong with sending it down the road for for right price. It is just a truck.
Not sure if finances are a consideration, but that's what has driven my decisions to sell in the past - paid for most of the big-ticket items in my life by selling trucks. If I needed the money to do something bigger, it has been pretty easy to let go.
