I replaced the single speed transfer case in my 3/4 ton carryall with a 2 speed from a PW. I had to replace the mounts as they are different between the transfer cases. I had to source one from a WC 63 to match the holes in the frame crossmember. I have no idea if the 1/2 and 3/4 ton have similar crossmembers. There was no problem with the drive lines matching.
