yea only the inside of the wheel studs are in solid metal but there are 10 of them!!!!considered welding in metal where they come thru and then drill so they are in solid metal

don t really want to add any more weight with spacers or plate etc.

another option is that there is an area behind the pw wheel stud that can be drilled in solid metal so 5 of the rotor studs would be in solid metal the other 5 would be in the thinner area where the drum center holes are--my guess is in each of these areas i could weld in a spacer which could be drilled and then machined the same height as the pw wheel stud heads so the rotor sits on top of the wheel stud heads and the spacer and the rotor studs are all in solid metal

the hub had to be machined cuz it was out of round and the rotor would not fit

we machined the tops of the pw wheel studs and the stops to the same height so the rotor sits on both
